SIZING

Listed below are three ways to measure your ring size. Overall, we would recommend that if you are unsure of a ring size, order on the smaller side. It is much easier to make a ring wider than narrower.

REMEMBER

Your fingers swell and shrink depending on temperature, activity, and all that. The best time to measure the ring size of your finger is when you are in a room temperature setting, have a resting heartbeat and are nice and relaxed.

Rings should fit quite snug but be able to pass over the knuckles. Rings also shrink and expand depending on the metal’s temperature so always take this into account when wearing them.

Always have butter or oil on hand if you are trying on different ring sizes!

Metal Ring Sizer

Really, this is the best way to get the correct size as you can test a bunch of metal rings to find which one works best for you. Not many people have these just lying around and will usually only be on hand for jewellers.

If you do have one of these, make sure it is a UK one (these use letters) or find a chart that converts to UK sizes.

Plastic Ring Sizer

Next best are these little strips of plastic. They wrap around your finger and give you the size of ring you need instantly.

Make sure to measure your knuckle and where you want the ring to sit. Order whichever measurement is largest.

Ring Size Chart

Below is a ring sizing chart. You can measure the diameter of one of your own well-fitting rings to get the correct size.
